Great Snowboarding JacketMay 03, 2010

I used this jacket on the most recent snowboarding trip. I really like it. It feels true to the size in terms of length, width, and sleeve length. I bought one size bigger just so I can fit enough warm layers underneath. It is warm, light, and comfy for normal winter weather (I used it in southern california so I can't say for extremely cold winters up north). It can also be a casual winter jacket. There are 3 pockets in the front, all with zippers, so you don't need to worry about things falling out in motion. Inside, there is a chest pocket with overlap opening so your music player can fit securely in there (also has earphone hole) It can fit a big fat smartphone with no problem. The bottom has clip buttons that you can fasten onto your pants to prevent moisture from getting in. The lining has a soft velvet feel and great patterns. Adjustable valcro wrists are also helpful. My only complaint about this jacket is the hat - it seems way to big/high-up when putting on. It covers all the way to my nose, almost. I don't know if it make sense to wear it over the helmet. Overall, I really enjoy having this jacket and will recommend this to ladies who want a good looking and functional jacket for their winter sports.
